These is one of the frustrations of many internet users, this means you will not able to go to that particular website because, but this not means the website or the your internet provider blocking you to access your favorite site, there are only configuration that you need to apply in order to fix it, again and again this is easy as 1 2 3...

Using Windows Operating System 
In Windows 7 Go to Start button, Then Click Control Panel and below Network and Internet you will see View Network Status and tasks and click then you are now in Network and Sharing Center, on the left side menu click the Change Adapter settings, then Click your Local Area Connection that you are using, right click it and select Properties, double click Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)


then refer to next image..





Do the same as shown on the picture above.

You can try if this will work on later windows version..
